REGULATIONS
- Each partner in every team must be, at least, 18 years of age.
- Each partner in every team must be, at least, 5 feet (or 1.5 meters) tall.
- Each partner in every team must weigh, at least, 110 pounds (or 50 kilograms).
- To prevent unfair advantages - a team's female partner must not weigh less than two-thirds of the weight of her male partner.
- The standing/sitting styles have to be the same for every team; therefore - the female partner must stand totally upright on her male partner's shoulders during the first "lap", and she must sit astride ("chicken-style") on his shoulders during the next two "laps".
- Sharp body-piercings and non-swimwear are not allowed on any competitor (so that injuries and damages can be prevented).
- The female partner must operate the buzzer/bell system at the completion of each "lap"; the sounding of the buzzer/bell must require reasonable effort (e.g. delicately moving stacked cardboard boxes before a hidden buzzer/bell can be hit).
- In case of a fall (even a "partial" fall) during any of the "laps" in a Race - the team that suffers the fall must re-start that particular "lap" from the beginning, after returning to the start of that "lap" through their own Lane.
- In case of a foul (incorrect carrying style, obstruction of another team's progress, etc.) - the team that commits the foul must receive a time-consuming penalty.
- When two teams finish a particular Race in joint first place with the exact same time, the team with the relatively heavier female partner is the winner of that Race.
